Economist on "Can my child enroll in affiliated primary schools if I do not have bianzhi?"

For PKU, THU and RMU, if I am on a tenure track without the "bianzhi", will my child be able to enroll in the respective affiliated primary or secondary schools?

I remember the old policy of THU and RMU affiliated schools requires that only those with bianzhi can send their kids there. But it may change since now most new faculty do not have bianzhi.
